What You'll Need

1 Glass Casserole Dish
12oz ground beef
12oz ground turkey
2 pounds mushrooms (mixture of white, shitake, cremini, portabello)
5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
3 green onions
1 celery stock
1/4 green pepper
35g chopped pecans
1 TBS olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions

Line the caserole dish with the ground beef. It should cover the entire bottom of the casserole dish and go part way up the sides.

Place the olive oil in a frying pan and add green pepper, celery and onion. Cook slowly and continually stir as you add in all the mushrooms (sliced thinly) and the pecans. Salt and Pepper to taste. Stir until cooked.

Empty the entire frying pan ingredients atop the ground beef.

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Flatten out ground turkey, place atop everything so that it covers everything. Tuck it around the sices down into the ground beef with your fingers.

Place in oven at 400 degrees for about an hour and then reduce temperature to 350 degrees until done (approximately another half hour).

Enjoy
