I honestly cannot understand why this little device is not sold in every health food store and fitness centre in the country.
WOW!!! With Caltrac and Fitday I know exactly how many calories I am consuming and how many I am burning. Weight loss was
never so simple.
I first stumbled across the Caltrac when my own weight loss journey had hit a 4 week plateau. It is very discouraging to
feel like you are eating right and exercising and yet still are not losing. Once I had my trusty Caltrac the days of plateaus
