CHICKEN BALLS

chickenballs.jpg

Precook boneless skinless chicken breast. About 3.5 oz is perfect and will make about 12 chicken balls.

Use batter left over from pizza crust or create new batch of batter as described in pizza crust recipe.

You will use 3 to 4 tablespoons of the batter.

Cut the chicken into approximately 12 chunks.

Dip the chicken in the batter and fry in frying pan. You will need about 5 TBSP of oil to do this. These could also be baked in the oven thereby greatly reducing the calories.

If frying in pan, turn them over after they are a dark golden brown. If in the oven, bake the bottom until golden brown then put oven on broil until the top turns the same colour.

SAUCE
